Staying Safe- 

Our staff has daily health screenings before punching into work. We are always sanitizing our work area to provide a clean space for our members and staff. 

If you need services other than a teller transaction or the coin machine, we ask that you please continue to make an appointment, so we are able to serve you as quickly as possible.

Update: 6/25/2020

We are happy to announce, beginning Monday, June 29th, all branches will be open by Appointment Only. Our Drive-Thru and Call Center will remain OPEN to serve members. Current and potential new members will be able to schedule appointments for select services Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. All teller transactions will remain strictly drive-thru only at this time.

In addition to opening for appointments, our branches will now be accepting coin exchanges. At the front door of every location, there has been a doorbell installed. Once you press the doorbell, an employee will be out to collect the coin and to complete the transaction.

To keep both employees and members safe, we will be taking the following precautions:

  • A short COVID screening form will be required to be completed upon scheduling appointments.
  • Both members and employees will be required to wear masks. It may be asked that you temporarily remove the mask to verify identity.
  • Please do not bring children or nonessential individuals to your appointments unless necessary.
  • Respect social distancing by remaining 6 ft apart from one another in the lobby.
  • Germ shields have been installed in every office.
  • Public restrooms and drinking fountains will remain temporarily closed.
  • Please be patient. This is a new process for us as well and, we are doing our best to provide a safe environment for our employees and our members.

Along with our current financial relief options, we are now offering an Emergency Recovery Loan for those affected by the pandemic or flooding.

In the best interest of our members, COPOCO Community Credit Union will be partaking in the MiMortgage Relief Partnership to provide extended financial assistance to our members.

This will allow approved borrowers to receive additional financial assistance for up to 90 days for their mortgages.

Update: 3/16/2020

With ongoing concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), COPOCO Community Credit union would like to extend the importance of our member's financial and health wellness. To keep both our members and employees healthy during this time, we will be implementing extra measures to provide the same quality services but in a safer setting.

To best fight against the spread of the infection, we have decided to take the following actions:

  • All lobbies will no longer be open to members, however, all drive-thru lanes will remain open with lane one of our Wilder branch being open for paperwork.
  • All loans and member service documents will be prepared over the phone
  • During business hours, ATMs, night drop, and mobile deposits will be checked hourly.
  • Increased help in our call center.
  • Meetings with loan officers will be available through appointments.
