SYSTEM UPGRADE SCHEDULE HOW TO PLAN AHEAD
Friday, May 27th
Last day to order Debit/VISA® Cards If you know your Debit Card is lost or damaged, please notify
until the new system is live on June 3rd. us immediately so the old card can be deactivated and a new
card can be issued.
   
Sunday, May 29th
Mobile App will be down starting Sunday, May 29th You may still access your account at www.copoco.org 
until the new system is live on June 3rd. until Tuesday, May 31st at 5:30 p.m. until the new system is live. 
   
Tuesday, May 31st

Last day for Online Banking until the new All online banking will need to be completed by 4:00 p.m. EST
system is live on June 3rd. on May 31st. Existing accounts will have to reset usernames
 and passwords following the conversion.
 
Tuesday, May 31st
Any funds sitting in the ACH Warehouse will be released on  Members will have access to their money a day early as long as

Branches close on the current system at 5:30 p.m. Please complete all cash withdrawals, online banking
transactions, mobile transactions and account transfers prior to
5:30 p.m. EST on May 31st. If you need to schedule bill payments
you will also need to do so prior to 5:30 p.m. EST on May 31st.
Anything scheduled to be paid prior to close of business
(5:30 p.m. EST) on this day will process.
Statement Message - E-Statements will be unavailable All members will receive paper statements for the month of
May. Netbranch will no longer be available. E-Statements
will resume for the June statement.
Audio, Mobile, and Online Banking as well as Bill Pay will be Active Bill Payees and recurring payments will transfer to the
unavailable after 5:30 p.m. new bill pay platform. However, it is advised to print a
hard copy of exisiting payees for future reference.
All scheduled transfers will not convert. They will need to be set 
up on the new system. 
 
The creation of new bill pay transactions will be unavailable 
June 1st and June 2nd.
Debit cards move to offline processing While debit cards are in offline processing, you will be able
to make purchases, but those will be accepted or declined
according to industry stand-in limits which may be different
than actual account balances. To avoid any NSF fees, please
make sure you have an accurate account balance at 3:00 p.m.
EST and keep a register of any transactions made.
Although debit card access will be available it is advised to keep
extra cash on hand.

IMPORTANT LOGIN CHANGES EFFECTIVE JUNE 2nd 2022
*Current Online Banking Login IDs and passwords will be changing on the new system! The first-time you log in to the new system,
you will need to use your member number. If your member number is less than six digits you will need to add zeros to the beginning.
Example if your member number is 1234 your member number will be 001234. If your account number is the longer than
six digits you will enter that as normal.
Your new temporary password is the last four digits of the main account holder SSN.
Following the initial log in, you will be prompted to change your login ID and password to one of your choosing.
You will also be asked to set up a series of security questions.
To access Mobile Banking, you will need to first log in to the online banking platform via desktop browser.

ADDITIONAL CHANGES EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st
Account and Platform Changes:
Previous e-statements WILL NOT be available. A paper statement will be issued for the month of June and available to all members
including those enrolled in e-statements, The first e-statement available through online banking will be in early July. We advise you
print your account history and last few statements from Online Banking prior to the conversion for reference. You may also request
printed copies of your statements in branch.
Any payments scheduled via Bill Pay prior to the close of business day May 31st will be made. All new bill payments will need to be 
set-up after Thursday, June 2nd. 
 
Be advised payroll will post by transaction code and transfers may not occur.
 
Although member account numbers will remain the same, account suffixes may change.
 
Please remember all Branches and banking systems will be closed Wednesday, June 1st and Thursday, June 2nd. 
 
WHAT WILL NOT CHANGE
Current certificate and loan terms, as well as any payments due dates will remain the same.
Checks, debit cards, and credit cards will not need to be updated.
Debit and credit card numbers will remain the same including Debit Card Personal Identification Numbers (PINs).
Member account numbers will remain the same, so any direct deposits should not need to be updated. It is unnecessary for you to 
contact employers or others who currently withdraw or deposit funds into the account. Note: Account suffixes may change.
