HOW TO JOIN
Beginning January 24, 2026, all new COPOCO Powered by ELGA Credit Union accounts will be opened as ELGA Credit Union accounts.
Who Can Become a Member?
- Individuals who live, work, worship, volunteer, or attend school within the State of Michigan are eligible to join.
- Saginaw Valley State University students and alumni.
- Immediate family members of any current ELGA Credit Union members.
- Any business or legal entity primarily comprised of the same general group of individuals as the credit union’s membership outlined above.
- Any person making a $25.00 donation to the Salvation Army Bed and Bread Program. (Not available for online account opening)
