How do I know if my deposit was accepted?

You should review the deposit history to confirm status of the deposit.  No additional notice will be sent if for any reason the deposit was rejected.  If you feel your need to discuss the matter in more detail, you can contact our Call Center at 1.800.292.2897 during normal business hours. 

Reasons that deposit items may be declined include:

  • Ineligible check
  • Non-negotiable
  • Missing signature
  • Missing endorsement
  • Stale dated
  • Post-dated
  • Duplicate check
  • Poor image quality
  • Daily deposit dollar amount exceeded
  • Unacceptable item
